I came to the dealership for a flat tire I got the day before. Joe “JZ” helped me and was great. It was going to take a while, so he got me a car service back to my home so I didn’t have to wait at the de before. Joe “JZ” helped me and was great. He called me when it was ready, and sent another car service to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. He doesn’t try to oversell me or overcharge me because I’m a woman, and I learn something new about my vehicle each time I go! I never knew I had automatic start until this last visit, and I’ve had my care for about a year and a half now! I have his cell phone number now on case I have any more issues, or want to come in for any reason. Very kind and helpful associate. I am beyond happy with the service I receive at BMW Clear Lake.
