I live 2.5 hours away, and buying a car here was better than any local purchase I have made in the past. The client adviser had excellent follow up and actually found me a corporate CPO BMW from their auction in Atlanta. He found me a 2018 540i with 10k miles that was loaded!! It was exactly the car that I was looking for and at an incredible price. They gave me a fair price for my trade (sight unseen), and a very good price on the BMW. I completed my finance app online, and was immediately notified that BMW gave me the promotional rate. The poor guy who I was talking to received non-stop texts from me asking questions about the car and its features, etc... He took it all in stride and always replied right back to me. I did not have the best experience with the local BMW dealership, and it was actually hard to try to give them my business. I was willing to drive to Columbus to handle everything, but I didn't have to! They sent a driver with the car and he picked up my trade and took it back to Columbus. The level of professionalism and customer serviced is unmatched! Check these guys out for your next car purchase. More

I am truly happy to say that Mrs. Carrie Ellis is extremely consistent in providing great customer service...ALWAYS FRIENDLY...ALWAYS NICE...ALWAYS KNOWLEDGEABLE. It is truly the only reason that I visit...for service...I originally was going to Atlanta for service (Global Imports) and other needs after such a terrible buying experience with the sales team at BMW Columbus. Nevertheless, Carrie Ellis changed me partially. I highly recommend service with BMW of Columbus, but definitely would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle there. More
