Bought a used 2010 Yukon XL 2500 and had it shipped to Seattle. The salesman David walked around the vehicle and described the only issues was a small hole in the side mirror. When the truck arrived I drove it and noticed that the steering was making a loud noise so I had our local dealer check it out. It turns out to be a damaged steering column and was about to break which could have been a major safety issue. Also both head lights and 1 taillight had moisture in them and I now have to replace. So I called Josh their sales MGR. to ask for them to at least pay the repair costs of the steering column which is around $1000 including labor. I will eat the $1500 cost to replace all the lights. He informed me that this truck was an "as is" and that he wouldn't help out at all. More
