I received an email communication, but upon my arrival, I informed the staff that I needed to leave and would be leaving the vehicle. I was directed to the waiting area, and after waiting for more than 10 mi informed the staff that I needed to leave and would be leaving the vehicle. Extremely easy to schedule an appointment! I was greeted promptly and given the opportunity to either wait in the nice waiting room, or get a ride-share back to work.
