My car was with the dealership for 48 hours and it was not washed. They didn't even remove the writing on my windshield they put on my car from when I brought in the car. This was a significant inconvenience, especially given the advance notice provided. 2. **Misinformation about Loaner Vehicles:** - I was also informed that no loaner vehicles were available, which was clearly untrue as I observed a line of loaner vehicles parked outside. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer service. 3. **Previous Service Issues:** - A few months ago, I experienced similar poor service when the dealership claimed they did not have the necessary parts for my vehicle. I was assured I would receive a call once the parts arrived.
