I used online scheduling and Sunday night drop off. Both are very convenient. My X3 service was completed on time and covered under warrantee. I’ve only had outstanding experiences at BMW of Dallas for more than a decade. I recently had my 4 series in for service. Nicki and Ryan in Service did an excellent job of keeping me informed while I wait for more than a decade. I recently had my 4 series in for service. Nicki and Ryan in Service did an excellent job of keeping me informed while I waited on my car. I truly felt like they valued my time and did everything possible to expedite the process. Service appointments can sometimes be stressful but they made it as stress free as possible. My car was returned to me with everything done properly. Highly recommend! More
