NEGATIVE 1 STAR REVIEW! Serviced my car 2 different times for the same issue. Problem was never fixed. Car was never cleaned. Settings were not adjusted as requested. Had to go to another location (grapevine) was told I would be charged yet again for the same service that the Dallas dealership never fixed. Overall would cost around $1K for a wheel alignment/ tire rotation/ wheel balance being charged 2x for this service. Unacceptable and extremely disappointed in these dealership and BMW overall. More
