I had a very interesting visit this time around, it started off a little rocky, because my extended warranty was expired without my knowledge. He was so patient, kind and compassionate; all of the things I needed in order to not have a breakdown after receiving a 17k bill. He explained everything and we came up with a good plan to get my car fixed. This was the first time I dropped my car off to BMW and felt less anxious when leaving. I really appreciate the level of care that Dean provided and I plan to continue to use him as a service person because I truly trust him and his opinion/judgement. BMW made a great decision when they hired him. I will be back and requesting him every time. More
