Fast forward to now, I’ve been having the same experience with my Advisor (Viktor). I’ve always taken my car her for service because I trust they are honest and have a high quality of work. Viktor is incredible! Always shoots me straight and gives me several options for service/repairs/etc. Couldn’t ask for a better Advisor! More

The experience was good, I took my car for an alignment and a state inspection. The advisor was very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that besides the alignment and state inspection charges there was a and a state inspection. The advisor was very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that besides the alignment and state inspection charges there was a Misc. Charges of $22.49 to the bill that doesn't really have an explanation. It was explained as shop supply charges but no detail. This has never happened to me with Sewel of Plano, where I typically take my car for servicing. I decided to take my car to BMW of Dallas because you had a special on the alignment but those business practices are not very encouraging for me to go back. More
