The last two services, the car was not fixed at the promised day and time. They do not have enough loaner cars to make up for the mistake in setting up the service in the first place. I would not have them start a repair unless you know for a fact that all the parts needed for the repair is in hand. The staff is friendly, but not trained with a process that will insure a good result. I have have had a detailed conversation with the service manager, but I have not feedback to find out if they are making progress in fixing the Issues and making changes. More

The service was completed as required.
