I had damage done to my front bumper reached out to my advisor with BMW Dallas BMW . He told me it would be cheaper to fix it than to purchase a new bumper so I took the vehicle in to get fixed. It took a advisor with BMW Dallas BMW . He told me it would be cheaper to fix it than to purchase a new bumper so I took the vehicle in to get fixed. It took almost 2 1/half weeks to get it back when I got it back there was overspray on my hood windshield top of the car, side windows, and the trunk Took the car back. They Clay borrowed it sent it back to me when I brought it home. I observed The front bumper was not properly painted. It was an eggshell color. I took it back to my advisor. Severo showed it to him. He agreed the bumper was off and he said they were going to make it right. Had the vehicle for one week went back to pick it up and he tells me that they painted a spot at the top of the front bumper the whole bumper still look the same nothing had been done and it took him one week for them to paint a very small spot. I would say 8 x 2 an entire week very dissatisfied. I will never take another vehicle there ever again. I recommend if you are going to get your vehicle painted at Dallas BMW on lemon Avenue that you take it to an expert. Because Dallas BMW will mess that paint job up very dissatisfied I have since tried to reach out to my advisor. He stated that he was going to reach out to his boss. This was two weeks ago still nothing poor business decisions. More
