I took my vehicle to the auto nation dealer at BMW and they did not top my fluids off after they told me they would. I had absolutely no coolant nor any windshield wiper fluid. I had to take my vehicle to an actual Land Rover dealership and they topped my fluids and the light immediately went off. The work that they stated they completed was not complete. More

I MUST say, I'm very disappointed BMW of Dallas on Lemmon Ave so rarely has 'loaners' as they used to. I've been a loyal customer with BMW for almost 2 decades. You really need to do better and get loaners. People are tired of it and switching to your competitor, SEWELL. I would too but I love the handling of the BMW so much. However, I'm going to go back to SEWELL and try out their new cars. It's been a while since I test drove them. Get loaners. The Pandemic is over. More
