BMW included maintenance is basically a trick to get you in the dealership and try to sell you a bunch of crap you don't need. My initial quote for 1yr/10k mile service was almost $600. This dealership also didn't offer a loaner so there's no added convenience of using them for service. More

My experience with the service department was great as always. My BMW is 7 years old but in great shape and my service advisor was very helpful in determining what services my car actually needed and did always.
