First, I’m a big fan of the dealership and my sales experiences have always been above normal. My recent maintenance visit was pleasant and helpful, however, when leaving the facility I noticed my tir experiences have always been above normal. My recent maintenance visit was pleasant and helpful, however, when leaving the facility I noticed my tire pressure was not adjusted. With a multi-point assessment, tire balance, rotation, and alignment, I expected my tires to be aired to recommended tire pressure settings and they were not. They were the same pressure before I arrived. So now I question if the other work was actually completed. Since most of the work was labor cost, $400+, was I simply charged for being there for 4 hours. More
