Wait time is too long. They don’t provide transportation to home and back to dealership that matches the new work environment wherein most people are working from home. They don’t provide timely updates of the status of the car/service provided which combined with lack of transportation service makes it unpredictable when you need to be prepared to pick up the car, then you arrive to the dealership and have to wait another 15 minutes or do before your car is brought to you. Not a good experience! More
