I thought I would receive outstanding customer service by purchasing a BMW, but nothing could be further from the truth! My car has been taken back five times for the same issue. Understanding it was challen purchasing a BMW, but nothing could be further from the truth! My car has been taken back five times for the same issue. Understanding it was challenging to duplicate the issue, my complaint is not so much with the actual work but with the way I have been treated. Very rarely are my calls returned. One week, I called six times and never got a call back. Two weeks ago, I called and was promised a return call within 24 hours. Nothing yet, and this is day 14.I have reached out to the service advisor, the service manager, and the general manager of the dealership. I have never received such poor service from a company and certainly expected more from BMW. I can honestly say I will never purchase another BMW again! More
