This was a horrible experience! Tim Bennett disappeared and I had to call around the dealership trying to find someone. When I finally got a report, I was told to replace my A/C belt which was replaced la and I had to call around the dealership trying to find someone. When I finally got a report, I was told to replace my A/C belt which was replaced last week and not to open my convertible top because it would not close back and I should replace the top for $8000. I went home and opened the top manually and it worked fine. BMW of Dallas sucks! More

The dealership has great service. The 740i is a piece of crap. 2 valves on air suspension stuck open and caused $9000 of damage to other parts. Tech saids they cleared codes but nothing on my iDrive screen crap. 2 valves on air suspension stuck open and caused $9000 of damage to other parts. Don't buy a BMW with air suspension!!! More
Scheduling process needs work. I scheduled an appointment within the BMW app, and even had an email confirmation. But that apparently does not linked to the store as they had no record of my appo appointment within the BMW app, and even had an email confirmation. But that apparently does not linked to the store as they had no record of my appointment. I called multiple times with no answer. I left at least two messages with what was referred to as the service manager. And never got a response. I had to drive to the store and physically go in and talk to the service agent, who had no concern about the process. She got me on the schedule for the following week. Once at the appointment, everything was fine. But the extra steps, lack of system coordination, and lack of response to voicemails is not a good customer service impression. More
