Joe Burk is what you want in a service advisor. He makes you feel like your car and concerns are valued. He listens and returns calls. Of course he's busy, who isn't?! But when he's attending to you he does you feel like your car and concerns are valued. He listens and returns calls. Of course he's busy, who isn't?! But when he's attending to you he doesn't make you feel rushed or that you are annoying him. I am on my 2nd BMW from this dealership and feel like they appreciate my business. I would love it if the dealership randomly gave away BMW trinkets from time to time like pens or keychains after regular service checks, but that has nothing to do overall with the professional, clean and confident way the dealership seems to be run. Also, Sam Proctor, great in sales too. The first exp with finance was great and got me in my 1st BMW. This most recent one not so much a great experience especially after being handled so greatly by Sam. He rushed me through the paperwork without going through each page they way they're supposed to because it was getting late. I would have been willing to come back the next day. I went through with it that evening but in reflection, he could have treated me a little more professionally. BMW of Dallas worked to find the model and package I wanted in a pre-owned and found it in another state. I will continue to come to them for all my BMW needs. More
