This was a horrible experience! Tim Bennett disappeared and I had to call around the dealership trying to find someone. When I finally got a report, I was told to replace my A/C belt which was replaced la and I had to call around the dealership trying to find someone. When I finally got a report, I was told to replace my A/C belt which was replaced last week and not to open my convertible top because it would not close back and I should replace the top for $8000. I went home and opened the top manually and it worked fine. BMW of Dallas sucks! More

The dealership has great service. The 740i is a piece of crap. 2 valves on air suspension stuck open and caused $9000 of damage to other parts. Tech saids they cleared codes but nothing on my iDrive screen crap. 2 valves on air suspension stuck open and caused $9000 of damage to other parts. Don't buy a BMW with air suspension!!! More
Scheduling process needs work. I scheduled an appointment within the BMW app, and even had an email confirmation. But that apparently does not linked to the store as they had no record of my appo appointment within the BMW app, and even had an email confirmation. I left at least two messages with what was referred to as the service manager. And never got a response. I had to drive to the store and physically go in and talk to the service agent, who had no concern about the process. She got me on the schedule for the following week. Once at the appointment, everything was fine. But the extra steps, lack of system coordination, and lack of response to voicemails is not a good customer service impression. More

Overall it is a positive experience, Reesh Ismail, as always has been of great help in explaining the details of the service, especially with the brake issues and options on fix. He always had great recommendations and goes above and beyond to do the best for the situation. Due to non availability of loaner cars, I had some difficulty initially of not having a car for few days, but Reesh and team made efforts to provide me a loaner at the end. Over all it is a satisfying experience. More
Have generally had a good experience in the service department, however this last visit was disappointing. My advisor was tough to locate when I arrived to pick up my car, and a small repair was not co department, however this last visit was disappointing. My advisor was tough to locate when I arrived to pick up my car, and a small repair was not completed even though it was paid for. I was forced to return to the dealer on another day to pick up the missing part for repair. I asked the advisor to have it at his desk so I would not be forced to wait again. Needless to say, neither the part nor my advisor was at his desk. After another 25 minutes of waiting a different advisor finally brought the part to me. I took it and installed it myself to avoid a further wait. Not the service experience I expect at a luxury dealer. More
