I scheduled an appointment arrive on time for my appointment and my service tech, Severo tells me he can get me a Lyft and we will call you Monday. I’m like hm weird I need to get to work. After I’m appointment and my service tech, Severo tells me he can get me a Lyft and we will call you Monday. I’m like hm weird I need to get to work. After I’m in the Lyft I start questioning. So I responded to his text asking why I would be until Monday. He states my appointment is Monday at 7am and not Friday (today) at 10:30am. I said no and sent him a photo of my appointment confirmation. He sends me a screenshot of someone else’s profile with a completely different car. I then ask to speak to someone else and he continues to tell me how busy they are and a bunch of other info that doesn’t pertain to me or my car. Finally his supervisor calls me and tries to make it right but at that point of not even knowing what customer you are taking care of let alone performing services on is wild. The trust is gone. BMW Arlington took me in right away on the same day and was 10/10 on Customer service, service in general and I would tell anyone take the drive to Arlington it is totally worth it. They even delivered my car back to Dallas free of charge! More

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly, making the entire experience very low-stress. We were offered a lift. The ride took more than 30 min. Not until I went to look for Nikki she re-reschedule the lift. Also I told her from the start the I had a message on car screen for update. She said that when finish will be gone. It wasn’t. When we arrive to pick up, she was gone: we had to wait for a while. No one asked if we needed help. Until I approached q guy in a desk who was by the service door. Both times waiting NO ONE ever asked if we needed assistance. Only a the very beginning I think Gary asked but we had just gotten there. More
The service was great! The wait time was around 45 min.
