Could the response be more generic and uncaring? It has been just a couple days since the repair to my BMW and it still does not work!!!!!!! Now what? How long do I have to be without my car for a "simple repair?" An item was missing from my vehicle and the service manager said he would view the camera footage and get back to me and that never happened. What a joke!!! My rating just dropped to one star and I would give less if possible. 7/22/2021 My husband dropped off my car today to once again get it repaired. BMW Dallas did provide a loaner so I will hand them that but lets face it, my car should have been repaired the first time. The next day, Friday, they called and it wasn't what they had fixed (the hatchback lift motor for 2000.00), it is now something else but they wanted to know who would be paying for it. I told them that if they took a second to look, they would see that my car is under full warranty. Nonetheless, they still could not repair until Monday.

7/26/2021 Joe, with BMW Dallas calls, my car is ready. I ask if they can drop off to my house and pick up there's. I can't make it to Dallas. He calls back and says that they could drop it by on Tuesday. Great! Excited to finally have my car back. 7/27/2021 I fill up the loaner and wait. At 12:15, someone calls and says they are bringing my car and will be here in and hour and a half. And hour and 15 minutes later, someone else calls from BMW Dallas and states the "he" will be here at 230. At 2:54pm, he arrives. I go out and check my car. I do the walk around and check for scratches or dents. Everything looked good. Then, I hit the button on my fob to open the hatchback and nothing. IT STILL DOES NOT OPEN!!!!!!! This is the fourth time I am without my vehicle for the same item and the third with this dealership. I would love to take it somewhere else but they have already bean paid (long story with insurance). So, we shall see. No one has called as of 3:39 to apologize or offer a resolution. Can't say I expect it. The service as been so awesome so far(facetious)!

I have worked with many service departments and many advisors and this is consistently the worst. Brandi seems to be bothered by the fact that she has to help you and would rather go back to her phone. More
