I dropped my vehicle off for scheduled maintenance at BMW of Dallas. Jesse and Vincent have ALWAYS provided great customer service and today was no different. Both met me in the bag and got me into a loane of Dallas. Jesse and Vincent have ALWAYS provided great customer service and today was no different. Both met me in the bag and got me into a loaner without any hesitation. It was a seamless transition which helped me to contour with my busy day. Thanks to both AGAIN for taking care of my vehicle when there is an issue and for helping me continue with my busy schedule, without interruption. I purchased a Pre-Owned BMW 328i from BMW of Dallas in April. I took the vehicle to BMW of Dallas on 01 July for an inspection as it displayed a error. Two weeks passed and I haven't received feedback April. I took the vehicle to BMW of Dallas on 01 July for an inspection as it displayed a error. Two weeks passed and I haven't received feedback regarding my vehicle so I called to find out what has been done regarding my claim and I was told the claim had been submitted and my car would be done 4-5 days after the claim had been approved. It is now the 4th week that my vehicle is at the dealership and my claim has still not been approved. No work has been done to it and I am no closer to having a vehicle. My file has been passed from one service advisor to another, I have dealt with 3 service advisors in this time and I have not been given a courtesy vehicle because I do not meet the insurance requirements. I have had to make other arrangements to have my basic needs taken care of. Prior to this I had taken the vehicle to Grapevine BMW for a diagnostic inspection when it had first given this error. Based on their evaluation they informed me that a bike tyre tube had been stuck in the actuator of the rear muffler, how this passed the 125 point inspection at the time I purchased the vehicle Im not sure. I am really disappointed by the service I have received from BMW of Dallas and at this point in time I feel that I have been more than patient with the process and the staff but I feel that I can no longer let this happen as I am the one who is being inconvenienced. More

I’m indifferent about this dealership/service center. They try to pacify their customers which entails making promises and then BSing their way around it. I find this practice exhausting. I have worked with many service departments and many advisors and this is consistently the worst. Leases - Cars 2-12-20 I have owned a 2017 X3 for almost 3 years; I excepted it as a 'loaner' to their customers w/approx. 4300 miles. Within 13,000k miles, the tir 2-12-20 I have owned a 2017 X3 for almost 3 years; I excepted it as a 'loaner' to their customers w/approx. 4300 miles. Within 13,000k miles, the tires were worn enough to replace 3 of the 4. I am at 24000k miles now, and told yesterday, it is in need of another set of tires. These are 'run flat' tires and the dealership claim, there are 20K - 25K tires...WHY are these tires wearing out so quick and they are NOT cheap to buy. I refuse to buy a set to turn the car back to them. Do the math... Also, I take it in for something ie: 24k mile service and because I refused approx. $700 mile check up or a $600+ check up, nor a $135 check up; there is very little they will check. I explained the low coolant light came on; I was told ALL the fluids would be topped off. I asked before leaving the dealership and was told 'all fluids were topped off.' On my way home, the light came on again showing low coolant; I text my BMW support person, no response; I called the phone number - no response. At 5:00am this morning, I had to ADD coolant - it was VERY low. I would not buy nor lease another. More
