I had an exceptional experience working with Keith Hauser, Service Manager at BMW. From start to finish, Keith exemplified true professionalism and customer care. He took the time to clearly explain Hauser, Service Manager at BMW. From start to finish, Keith exemplified true professionalism and customer care. He took the time to clearly explain every detail regarding my vehicle’s service, making sure I understood what was needed, why it was important and what to expect throughout the process. His ability to break down technical info and provide guidance made me feel confident and well-informed about my vehicle. Keith was also incredibly timely and organized. He kept me updated throughout the service, followed through on everything he promised, and ensured my vehicle was completed exactly when he said it would be. Keith genuinely cares about his customers. His professionalism, transparency and commitment to excellent service truly set him apart. If you’re looking for someone who will guide you honestly, communicate clearly, and handle your vehicle with expertise and integrity, I highly recommend Keith Hauser. More
I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years and have owned more M cars than I can count, so I’m not someone who walks in off the street with unrealistic expectations. I know what proper BMW service look owned more M cars than I can count, so I’m not someone who walks in off the street with unrealistic expectations. I know what proper BMW service looks like — or at least what it used to look like. Unfortunately, whatever standard this dealership once had has completely collapsed, and the experience I’m dealing with now is beyond unacceptable. My daughter’s car has been sitting there since Thursday with no updates, no timeline, and no communication of any kind. The assigned service rep doesn’t respond to calls, texts, or emails. Management is no better — they simply ignore you. You can call the main number all day long, but you won’t reach a human being. Instead, you get stuck in an endless loop of AI menus and outsourced call centers that promise a call back within 30 minutes. Not once has anyone actually followed through. This isn’t a one-off mistake or a busy day. This is a complete breakdown of customer service, accountability, and basic professionalism. When you purchase a vehicle in this price range, you’re not just buying the car — you’re buying the service experience that’s supposed to come with it. That’s part of the premium. And right now, the service department here is operating at a level that wouldn’t be acceptable at a bargain-basement oil change shop, let alone a luxury dealership. The lack of communication, the refusal to take responsibility, the inability to reach anyone who actually works on-site — it all points to a dealership that has lost control of its operations and no longer values its customers. After years of loyalty, I can say with confidence that this place has gone completely downhill. If you care about your time, your vehicle, or your sanity, take your car somewhere else. There are other BMW service centers that still understand what customer service means. This one clearly does not. More
I have bought over a million dollars in cars from this dealership. My son hit a curb and broke the tie rod. The service department tried to charge me $18,000 to have it fixed. When I questioned they made dealership. My son hit a curb and broke the tie rod. The service department tried to charge me $18,000 to have it fixed. When I questioned they made up a bunch of excuses and even confirm they were fixing things that were not broken. They wanted to do this for my safety and said who cares because insurance will pay. It's companies like this that cause our insurance rates to go up. This isn't about my safety, this was about their bottom line and insurance fraud. I took my car to a reputable place in Boca called the autohaus. They fixed the problem for $2,200 which included clearing any issue on the computer. $16,000 difference. These guys are scam artists and deserve to be reported to every Insurance Company and I'm starting doing that today More
I continue to get my car serviced at BMW Delray because of my service advisor Keith Hauser. I have had many cars and dealt with my car dealerships but never have I had a greater service advisor. My service visit couldn’t have been any better. They took my car in at the appointed time, completed the required work and returned it to me, washed, at the promised time.
