I called to make the recall appointment vs. online because I wanted to know how long it would take. The first person I talked with couldn’t find my VIN number in the system and didn’t make an online because I wanted to know how long it would take. The first person I talked with couldn’t find my VIN number in the system and didn’t make an appointment. The 2nd time I called they found it right away and told me the car would be fixed the same day. On the day of the service, the first thing the service advisor told me was that the car might need to stay overnight, but I needed the car that evening. So I told him to either make sure they could get it done during the day or we would have to pick a day when I had no need for the car that night, since he couldn’t get me a loaner for two weeks. He talked to the parts department and the service team and came back to tell me they could get it done by 5PM, which worked for me. They got me a driver to take me home. The driver was friendly and courteous. At about 2:30 PM I got a text with the video telling me they had finished the car and everything looked good. At 3:30, I got the call from Nelson, the service advisor, that I could come pick up my car. So after a rocky start, things got much better and I was totally satisfied. I do suggest that you increase the number of loaner cars, as you appear not to have enough of them. More
