He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the car-buying process enjoyable and seamless. The only negative aspect of my experience was that the vehicle was not as clean as expected at the time of delivery due to an issue with the detailing. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not take away from the outstanding service provided by Frank and the rest of the team.
