I went there for a brand quality service. I didn't get it. They overlooked fundamental problems with the vehicle. I had to go back the next day. I left a message for the dealership on the pho I didn't get it. They overlooked fundamental problems with the vehicle. I had to go back the next day. I left a message for the dealership on the phone with no return call back. They wanted to charge me $ 250 for a light bulb. A $ 4.00 item that can be done with no experience. A rip off. I will never go back to BMW and I will make everything in my power to make bad reputation for that service center. More
