Keith Hauser is an excellent service provider, I brought my car in for a problem that had not been properly addressed when I was in a month earlier. The issue was not fixed once again when I came back to g my car in for a problem that had not been properly addressed when I was in a month earlier. The issue was not fixed once again when I came back to get my car the second time, Keith addressed this right away with professionalism and understanding of the inconvenience this was causing me. He communicated with me throughout the third attempt for repair and once the service people said it was fixed he tried it himself multiple times before telling me my car was ready. He also followed up with me the day after I took the car home to make sure everything was working properly. I will continue to use Keith as my service advisor, he is an impressive individual. More

Excellent customer service! My service technician Keith was amazing. He let me know when my tire arrived and when I brought the car in he kept me up to date on the progress as w My service technician Keith was amazing. The Delray Beach location blows the Coconut Creek location away. Much better customer service!! More
