I fully trust him and that hasn’t been my experience with past vehicles. I would buy a vehicle at this location for that reason alone in the future. The reason why I had to service my vehicle was because of a sound we were hearing a sound on a Saturday. I alerted him and made mention we were heading out of town on Thursday. When he returned to work Monday, he had a cancelation, contacted me immediately and had a loaner. He calmly (as he’s always calm) explained the issue following a quick test drive. It was covered under my warranty and he delivered the car by Wednesday at noon. He’s always exceeding my expectations and communication is always fast. Sidebar: still disappointed to losing manager John from valet. He really cleaned that department up and kept the younger boys in line. It was a huge loss to see him gone. More
