Our new advisor Kevin was very helpful from start to finish as were had a tire issue to work thru. Our car was then totally washed and he kept me update on all timings. They always go above and beyond. From the GM, Mike, to my salesman, Norris, to my service advisor, Keith, BMW of Delray are always attentive and friendly and I couldn’t ask for more. Thankfully I had the wheel and tire package so it was taken care of. Keith even sent a video update of my car on the lift with an explanation of what was done while I was sitting in the waiting area.
