Fred was a huge help with my purchase and was extremely transparent through the whole process and made sure to point out anything he noticed about the used car. I also wanted to point out how nice, caring, and understanding Iva was through the financing process. She really helped explain everything thoroughly as I am a first time car buyer. Even when she was very busy, she still made sure I felt prioritized and answered questions while she was doing stuff. Both Fred and Iva checked in on me countless times through out the day when I ran into issues on my end and honestly, if it wasn’t for them, I probably wouldn’t have bought a car.
