I always dread stepping foot into a car dealership And buying out my lease was no different. I was trying to do everything over the phone but was unable to complete the purchase this way. I had a terrible buying out my lease was no different. I was trying to do everything over the phone but was unable to complete the purchase this way. I had a terrible experience with Braman and coconut creek was trying to sell me on a full inspection before allowing me to buy my own car off lease. By the time I called I Bmw an Delray I was aggravated and exhausted. Sergiu answered the phone and couldn’t have been more accommodating. He did not try to upsell me on anything I was not interested in and walked me through the process in an efficient and pleasant way. Iva in finance was equally competent and assisted in making this process simple. I will definitely work with both individuals again. More
