Super easy service of my 440i M Performance Gran Coupe. Tom G was exceedingly helpful and made sure things went smooth. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon. This dealership is horribly unprofessional. It is not just one visit but on at least 3 occasions over the past several months they give the BMW brand a bad name. The service department should be named th just one visit but on at least 3 occasions over the past several months they give the BMW brand a bad name. The service department should be named the “lack of service” department. They are trying to take advantage of customers, “repaired” and AC that did not have any issues and charged warranty, don’t repair items that are defective and try to charge me outrageous charges, refuse to give the contact information for supervisors when asked. They invested a ton of money in a beautiful new dealership but the service department continues to be run the same way and really is a negative to the brand. This is my second BMW (great supporter while I lived in Texas) but will probably be my last now that I live near this dealership. More
