Donna Holmgren the Genius! I had my Encore appointment with Donna Holmgren via FaceTime. It didn't matter that she physically wasn't present in the car because with FaceTime sh I had my Encore appointment with Donna Holmgren via FaceTime. It didn't matter that she physically wasn't present in the car because with FaceTime she was able to explain and show me all I needed to know. She answered all my questions regarding the capabilities of the technology package and provided a few short cuts. She certainly was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Thanks again Donna! More

Fast and efficient I worked with Teddy. He was excellent on every criteria you could rate him on or come up with. Brittany was my my BMW genius. She came to my house I worked with Teddy. She came to my house and set up my garage door opener and went carefully thru all the questions I had. She then made sure that she covered all the new exciting options that I would find helpful and assisted me in setting them up. She made sure not to "overwhelm" me with too much although she spent a lot of time with me! More
