Every time I walk in to Murray certified pre-owned division I am treated like a royal customer, I rarely notify them in advance about my visit to them. They are very professional & courteous. I have bought 2nd car from Murray as my earlier one was not fitting into my needs. David is very helpful with trading procedures and any service attention that my car needed. I was offered test drives on all vehicles which I was interested in. He even went an extra mile and drove me back to my home, and then picked me up to drive me back to the dealer to pick up my car. I am assured about the quality of the car and Murray proved it. Bluetooth in my X5 was not behaving properly; Murray team went ahead and replaced the component in no time. I would definitely recommend Murray Motors to people who want good certified pre-owned BMW’s. More

Dick Frank should not be allowed to interact with the car buying public. He had no knowledge of the car I was buying, and told me several things about the car that were erroneous. He then went on to lie to buying public. He had no knowledge of the car I was buying, and told me several things about the car that were erroneous. He then went on to lie to my face about the terms of the warranty, lied to my husband repeatedly on the phone regarding the terms of the warranty, which we did not discover until we went to pick the car up. The dealer never offered an apology for this man's behavior, and I ended up buying the car without the warranty. That was August 5th and I am still waiting for my $5200 refund check. Buyer beware is especially applicable to this salesman, he definitely personifies the perception of Used Car Salesman! More

Feeling warm all over, Not believing what I've done. "Destiny" is mine. Brandt made sure of that! "Destiny" is mine. The feeling is sublime. So here's to the guys at Murrays; Who helped me as a team: Brandt, Jason, Jared, Melissa, and Raul. Who says car guys really aren't so cool? Yes they helped me as a team, with only one purpose-my dream: to make "Destiny" my queen. So thanks to all, I'm having a ball. At the wheel I almost squeal. I just can't believe how young I feel. So for this "fountain of youth" and just plain fun I am grateful and happy and far from done. I'm pinching myself and laughing with glee' Enjoying my "destiny", lucky just to be. I went in just to check on a vehicle like my neibhors, and was consequently shows a couple of cars which I immediately fell in love with. Billy made me feel welcome at Murray and thoroughly explains service isses as well as provides maintenance tips that always seem to work. :-) He is sharp, energetic, positive, and genuinely cares about the customer which goes far in my book! He is extremely professional, well knowledgeable about my ride, efficient and always repsonsive to me. I recently met Barbara and she was a pleasure to work with as well. She went out of her way to accommodate my service needs. You have the type of team at at Murray Motors service that I look to work with and will continue to do business with you because of Billy and the ultimate confidence I have in his capabilities. I have referred numerous friends and colleagues to Murray Motors and Billy as the only service advisor to work with.
