I was offered test drives on all vehicles which I was interested in. He even went an extra mile and drove me back to my home, and then picked me up to drive me back to the dealer to pick up my car. I am assured about the quality of the car and Murray proved it. Bluetooth in my X5 was not behaving properly; Murray team went ahead and replaced the component in no time.
