I go to Murray BMW for two reasons; the location in Littleton is a little more convenient, and the service I receive from Murray and in particular, Billy Lindauer is top-notch. After going to a handful of other car dealerships, my husband and I decided to visit Murray Motors. We were immediately impressed with the service Amos provided. We told him what we were looking for an husband and I decided to visit Murray Motors. We were immediately impressed with the service Amos provided. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to find us the perfect car. After very little negotiating, we felt we received a fair offer on our trade-in, allowing us to stay within our desired price point. Once the car was detailed, we noticed the tire pressure light was on and Amos told us that the light should turn off after a few miles of driving and if it didn't, we were instructed to bring the car back. Unfortunately, the light didn't go off and our new car had to be sent out to another dealership to be fixed. Both Amos and Murray Motors were quick to schedule the maintenance and offer a loaner car as to not disrupt my day. They estimated two days for the repair, when actually it only took about two hours. I was elated to finally start driving my new (used) car! More

I would highly recommend purchasing a BMW or Mercedes from Murry BMW/Mercedes of Denver. I thought the sales team, finance group and the GM (Todd Bondy) were genuine and honest through our process in se from Murry BMW/Mercedes of Denver. I appreciated their responsiveness in getting information we requested, weather it was on features of the car, pricing or payment schedule. I have an incredibly busy travel/work schedule with weekly travel in and out of country. The Murry team was patient through my decision process and more importantly, incredibly helpful in packaging up all documents and making the buying process easy and more importantly for me, efficient! This is highly competent group and other deals should take note of their process and efficiency. I would absolutely buy from Murry again. (I have purchased a Mercedes from Murry and most recently a BMW 535i M Sport. I have recommended friends to Murry- who have also purchased from them) I certainly will purchase my next car from this team. More
