I worked with Brian for the first time, Unfortunately I worked with Brian for the first time, Unfortunately the vehicle had a recall and even though it was out of warranty despite all the rumors BMW fi I worked with Brian for the first time, Unfortunately the vehicle had a recall and even though it was out of warranty despite all the rumors BMW fixed everything for the recall for free. On top of all this Brian was very prompt and went even beyond and did a major inspection on the vehicle and warned me about other things I need. The communication was excellent, I was told about my options and nothing got done before my approval. BMW dealers charge more than others but as you work with people like Brian makes the extra pay worth it. Thanks, More
