I've recently brought my 328i in to diagnose & ultimately fixing a problem with ABS Part. I dropped off the car... picked it up after several days. I paid the bill ($4016) and attempted to ask a few technica fixing a problem with ABS Part. I dropped off the car... picked it up after several days. I paid the bill ($4016) and attempted to ask a few technical questions. I was looked at & treated like a 2 headed monster. So, without having any questions answered, I drove off the lot. Within 5 miles/10 minutes of leaving my dashboard lit up like a Christmas Tree telling me that my ABS Braking System was broken. I was very unhappy & extra ticked off at being treated when picking up the car. I then called in to set a new appointment. I wound up speaking with Mike DePue. I gave him a run down of the story. He told me that he'd look into details & not leave me hanging. I dropped off the car. Picked it up the next day. When picking up the car I asked for details of what the problem was. I got blkoo ank stares back. I asked to speak with Mike D. Guess what? He was unavailable. So, after not getting an answer the 1st time, the same thing happened again. I called in a complaint to BMW USA. After doing do I got a call back from Mike D. All this demonstrates is Thompson's disrespectful treatment of customers and that the image of customer service is paper machete. More

The service department at Thompson is excellent. As expected you’re going to pay more then an independent place but you get excellent service and a loaner car.
