I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and have had nonstop suspension issues. Multiple service visits failed to find the root cause; staff repeatedly labeled the problem as “wear and tear” or that it nonstop suspension issues. Multiple service visits failed to find the root cause; staff repeatedly labeled the problem as “wear and tear” or that it had been the tires or alignment (or blamed mileage) instead of properly diagnosing it. When they finally performed work, the installation was done incorrectly and caused additional damage. Between the ongoing problems and poor workmanship, this has been an expensive, stressful experience — I cannot recommend this dealer and would warn others to be cautious.below is a photo of how my part was installed and how it’s suppose to be installed. As you see in these photos they do not look the same. But this is the same year of vehicle I was able to ask them to get me verification that my parts were installed incorrectly. An also attached is the dealer specifications to installation that the technician did not follow. They are also refusing to pay back any charges to me. All the incorrect information an shops have made me pay out of pocket over $9,000 for nothing to be solved or done to my vehicle More

Payton was a phenomenal asset to us as we purchased our first BMW. We have always been HUGE Cadillac drivers.
