We went there for recall appointment, waited and said it will be done in about 4hrs. After that, got a text that it was done and ready to pick up. Went back there and said they’re still working on it ‘ coz will be done in about 4hrs. After that, got a text that it was done and ready to pick up. I accepted to get it repair and have to wait for another hours and got a text again that they won’t be able to fix it because it’s missing parts. We waited from 8am to 5pm for nothing. Wasted day. Had rescheduled. Very Poor service. More

The service rep was great, 5 stars face to face. There was a video link to "view your inspection video" that i guess was supposed to be a video of the service provided, but it had nothing in it. Nice idea, but failure to deliver. :-) Overall service was fine, kinda pricey, dealers always seem twice as high as private mechanics performing the same service, More
