Worst dealer experience I’ve had. They offered to buy my car on a Wednesday. They did a full inspection. We agreed on a price and shook on it. They assured me that nothing would change between the two appointments, and that papers would be ready to sign when I arrived Sunday. Upon returning Sunday I was informed that they were no longer interested in the car at all. The deal was off the table completely. The fact that they would go back on their word is concerning and I don’t recommend doing business with them. More

After I requested information about a used truck that had been on the lot for a long time, and after the price had been reduced multiple times, I pointed out to a salesman named Douglas Daskalos that their a been on the lot for a long time, and after the price had been reduced multiple times, I pointed out to a salesman named Douglas Daskalos that their ad's described it both as a "V8" and "V6", and asked for a history report. I received an arrogant reply referring me back to their ad's (which had been changed to describe it as a "V8"), with no reference to, or mention of, the inconsistency I had brought to his attention - and no history report. So, for lack of sufficient information about such things as its location history, and its maintenance/repair history, I lost interest in their used truck. I was surprised that a salesman at a BMW franchise was not more courteous and accommodating. More
