The repairs to my older X5 went smoothly and well within a cost I was happy with. If you’re looking for repairs or service to your BMW, talk to the service guys (JJ and Jake). They have the skillset to get you up and going with confidence. One ‘con’ to be fair and honest, is the overall communication ‘to’ BMW of the Eugene itself. The overarching company call system itself can be frustrating and very off putting. This has ‘nothing’ to do with Eugene’s folks. The call system itself needs work for sure. BMW of Eugene is a terrible place to buy a car. After signing paperwork and was told we would be able to pick up the BMW the following Friday we could not get anyone to answer our calls or call us back about the work that was being done. 4 days later we get ahold of Tim from sales and were informed that they were not aware of any parts being ordered but assured us that they would make it right and have it done. that was 2 weeks ago and we have called multiple times and no one will call us back. Do Not Buy from BMW of Eugene!!!! they are liars and will say anything to get you to buy a car and screw you over in the end!!!! More
