He discovered two issues with my pre-owned vehicle, which I had not noticed, and immediately took action to have the needed repairs made. It doesn't get any better then that. We had a great experience with the team at BMW of Fairfax starting with Paul who spent his time and energy making sure we are happy with our choice and the deal we're getting. Paul went out of his way to make sure we're comfortable from the moment we stepped foot in the dealership! John, Jafaar, and Salman all contributed to a great experience based on their various roles and also went above and beyond the call of duty. Before I went to BMW of Fairfax, I visited another BMW dealer in the area and walked out because the salesperson was so unwelcoming and rude. He treated me as if I could not afford a car there for reasons I cannot explain. Paul Blakeman at BMW of Fairfax provided a completely different experience. Within a day we had ordered a car over the phone. I picked it up on Saturday, and Paul could not possibly have been nicer. Salt of the earth! And the business person was really great too. I'm not in the habit of heaping praise on auto dealers, mainly because in m 79 years, I've always walked out of auto sales and service interactions feeling like I got hosed. However, it has been the opposite with BMW of Fairfax. I've bought, leased or have had cars serviced from/by them for 13+ yrs and they have never disappointed me. Sales negotiations have always been professional grade with no hint of strong arming or pressure. My cars have always received first class maintenance and I've never gone back to complain about shoddy, incomplete or incorrect work. My recent lease with Neils Robeiro (sales consultant) and Ryan Jones (Sales Mgr) were relaxed and pleasant. Yes, there was a lot of back and forth but there should be. I know someone out there will disagree with my assessment but my personal feeling is that if you want a Beemer, start with these guys. I'm confident they won't disappoint. More
