The process is not simple, even without dealing with delays due to chip shortages. He made sure I was able to get the exact options I wanted. In the end, the team even found a discount I was unaware of that lowered the price a bit. Now, a year later, I am still over the moon happy with the car and extremely pleased with the service department as well.
