Before I went to BMW of Fairfax, I visited another BMW dealer in the area and walked out because the salesperson was so unwelcoming and rude. I'm not in the habit of heaping praise on auto dealers, mainly because in m 79 years, I've always walked out of auto sales and service interactions feeling like I got hosed. However, it has been the opposite with BMW of Fairfax. I've bought, leased or have had cars serviced from/by them for 13+ yrs and they have never disappointed me. Sales negotiations have always been professional grade with no hint of strong arming or pressure. My cars have always received first class maintenance and I've never gone back to complain about shoddy, incomplete or incorrect work. My recent lease with Neils Robeiro (sales consultant) and Ryan Jones (Sales Mgr) were relaxed and pleasant. Yes, there was a lot of back and forth but there should be. I know someone out there will disagree with my assessment but my personal feeling is that if you want a Beemer, start with these guys. I'm confident they won't disappoint. More
