When I purchased my X5 two years ago, I was seriously considering the Porsche Cayenne because I've driven a BMW for decades and wanted to try somethin When I purchased my X5 two years ago, I was seriously considering the Porsche Cayenne because I've driven a BMW for decades and wanted to try something different. Because Frankie and Robert have CONSISTENTLY provided THE BEST service experience, I didn't want to end up with anything less. I researched the Service Record of all the Porsche dealerships near me and I decided to get the X5 since I'll spend years in service as compared to a day in Sales. AS USUAL, Frankie and Robert were great!! Although I requested a tire balance/alignment, rather than just doing that (because technically there was still enough tread) Robert took the time to show me why, in the long run, it was best to get new tires. Seeing it for myself after his explanation made the added expense worthwhile. Because my entire front windshield is tinted, the State Inspection process is stressful for me... and added work for Frankie. Without going into detail here on the added hassle it caused Frankie (because it's too long to explain), I just want to THANK HER for getting it taken care of. The Inspector, Ronald Wagner, took the time to look up and attach the state law requirement to my documentation just for my added peace of mind... you cannot ask for better service than that! I really appreciate that everyone goes above-and-beyond to provide excellent service! More
