Great Quality Service!!! For Car and Me I have owned BMW cars for last 15 years, so I have gotten to use lots of different Dealerships. Some good- Some not so good. However, BMW Fairfax has I have owned BMW cars for last 15 years, so I have gotten to use lots of different Dealerships. Some good- Some not so good. However, BMW Fairfax has them all beat. They made me feel like I was a special customer. VIP treatment. I was assigned a Service Advisor who kept me in the loop as my car was being attended to. He ( Mark Stout ) even called me at home to ask if all was well with the car. I never write reviews. However, This one has to be written. Thank you Mark and Thank you BMW Fairfax. Great Service I was losing tire pressure in my left front tire so I stopped by BMW of FAIRFAX service to get it checked. As I suspected, I had a nail puncture. I didn’t have an appointment and feared I would have to wait forever. However, that wasn’t the case. I was in and out in about hour which I thought was great. My service advisor is a young man and he was great. His name is Lucas. He was very pleasant and kept me informed so I appreciate that. I will specifically ask for him in the future. More

Quick Resolution Found a leak on the rear differential of my X3. Used the on line appointment system and booked a 7am appointment the next morning. It seems more like a "car hospital" tha BMW of Fairfax is the "go-to" Service Dept in the Wash DC area. Service Advisors are knowledgeable and caring. It seems more like a "car hospital" than anything. The admittance area is quick, easy to use and clean. The SAs are fast to get you checked in, and explain the process. Initially, i received a shuttle ride to my office. After the oil leak was found I was told promptly that the repair would take longer than expected, but Danika Edwards, who is fantastic, reserved a loaner car for me - a brand new X1 with about 1K miles. My car was repaired by the following day and they gave me a complimentary car wash. Excellent service and a fantastic crew at BMW of Fairfax! More
