The VERY BEST car buying experience ever—and we’ve lived and bought cars in this area since 1981. Special kudos to Erick Bautista who literally did everything possible to make us happy. No pressure, no effort to up-sale, total honesty and transparency. We got a very fair deal on our Audi 6 trade in and a great price on the new BMW. To anyone out there trying to decide between these two, go BMW!! It’s a true luxury car, not an upgraded VW. Ryan and Jafar were very helpful as well, taking time to explain the pluses and minuses of lease versus sale. Overall, a superb car buying experience. We are converts to BMW. Excellent Dealer Support After a year lapse I renewed my BMW Connect vehicle internet access and found many of the apps I had used earlier were now unavailable. Working with After a year lapse I renewed my BMW Connect vehicle internet access and found many of the apps I had used earlier were now unavailable. Working with Allen Capaldi, my Service Adviser, Darren Andre (Head Genius) and a service technician, the problem was that my 2012 550Xi would not support the apps any longer. Darren got on the phone with BMW NA and my service fee was refunded. The team Allen put together was outstanding and although I am disappointed with the results, I compliment the them on a fine job!!. More
