That turned out to be something pretty significant and costly but my service advisor, Frank, walked me through all the details as if he were making decisions for his own car. He communicated with me throughout the process, made sure I had a loaner car, and even noticed my car was due for the safety inspection without me mentioning it. I appreciated the honest communication and attention to detail and will certainly use and recommend this dealership for service in the future. More
