He helped me decide among a few cars and provided valueable and insightful advice that I felt was truly in my best interest. The finance process (Ebrahim) was quick and efficient. I didn’t experience the typical long drawn out process where the sales person is not empowered and would say anything to close a deal. I got a great deal on my car too. Their prices are fair but will negotiate depending if it’s near end of month or the car has been on the lot for a long time. More

The Service Representative was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, answered all of my questions with detailed knowledge demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge and was able to succinctly put her responses in easily understood laymen's terms. The service representative listened to me patiently and was able to accurately interpret my very imprecise descriptions of my perceived potential issues with my vehicle. It was obvious that she is a consummate professional. Her time estimate for service was accurate (considering I waited for the vehicle to be serviced in an extremely comfortable waiting area) and I left the dealership service facility very happy! Overall, an excellent experience!! More

Yes, they are a dealer so buyer beware as in all shopping but they are informative, responsive and work hard to deliver what they promise. I am very happy with the level of service only wish it was closer to my home and office but it's worth the drive IMO. And Mark Stout is excellent - as is their whole team. They know I don't want to spend my life waiting at the dealer and they quickly get me on my way - even with a loaner when I need one - as fast and efficiently as possible. I sincerely appreciate this!! More
