Very efficient Service Department I made an appointment to have an emissions-related issue checked out by BMW Fairfax, after having an independent shop diagnose the potential cause for I made an appointment to have an emissions-related issue checked out by BMW Fairfax, after having an independent shop diagnose the potential cause for a check engine light on my 2012 X5 35d. I decided to try the Fairfax service location based on their good reviews, and fortunately I wasn't disappointed. I made an appointment was made via their website, but not really sure that was necessary, because as soon as I showed up a Service Advisor greeted me within 5 minutes of my arrival. I was literally out of there within 30 minutes at most, WITH a loaner car. I was impressed by the efficiency of their Service Department, despite having at least 4 other cars ahead of me waiting for service. I was also very pleased that they provided a complimentary multi-point inspection ON TOP OF the warranty work I had done. More

Though that problem will get alleviated later this week as I've requested to take the car out longer. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming from the receptionist/greeter to the various sales staff walking around the showroom to the salesperson, Kenny Kang who assisted me with my test drive and providing me with materials and information after the test drive. I was just starting my review of various vehicles, so not ready to make a deal and purchase yet. I also met the sales manager, John Hayes, who was friendly and very welcoming. Saw a lot of very nice, high priced luxury vehicles. Loved my test drive of the 328d xdrive. Looking forward to a longer and more substantial test drive within a week. There aren't too many BMW dealers that I found in Northern Virginia, but my experience was good and I recommend checking them out. More
