After a detailed review of your service history, communication records and technician documentation, we can confirm that your vehicle was serviced in accordance with BMW factory guidelines, and all approved work was completed as authorized by you. Regarding your A/C system, the initial leak was correctly diagnosed as the condenser. Your estimate clearly noted that the condenser would need to be replaced first, the system recharged with refrigerant, and then rechecked for any additional leaks, meaning further repairs could be required once the system was fully pressurized. The condenser replacement was completed as approved. After that repair, a secondary leak at the evaporator was discovered, an issue that cannot be identified until the first leak is resolved. This was thoroughly explained to you, and a separate estimate was provided, which was declined. Concerning your claim about engine oil, your vehicle did not arrive with a low oil condition, nor was it returned with one. The message displayed on your vehicle was a service due reminder, not a low oil warning. You declined the oil service after informing us that your vehicle had a custom drain plug done by your mechanic, and we agreed not to proceed to avoid potential damage. Our records also reflect that multiple staff members, including management, reviewed these findings with you and presented all documentation. We understand that this situation was frustrating, but our team acted transparently and within proper service standards at every step.
