I brought my car in for an oil change and to purchase a set of new tires. Everything went well. The tires were in stock, bent rims repaired, oil service conducted in timely fashion. I was informed due to the fact my vehicle was purchased elsewhere that Erhard BMW does not provide valet service. I think this is very bad customer service! Especially when I have been a loyal BMW customer elsewhere that Erhard BMW does not provide valet service. I think this is very bad customer service! Especially when I have been a loyal BMW customer. I could’ve went and bought another model and make vehicle. You should not say this to your loyal customers!!! I am not happy !!!! More
