After my BMW X3 was stolen and recovered, I decided to have it towed directly to BMW for inspection and repairs. My vehicle had been recovered with exterior damage, scratches, a damaged rearview mirror, a have it towed directly to BMW for inspection and repairs. I wanted my vehicle handled by BMW because I expected a certain level of professionalism and quality of service from the dealership. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. I had my vehicle towed to the dealership on Monday, and it sat there for FIVE DAYS without anyone contacting me with an update. I called multiple times and received no response. (left multiple voicemails) When I finally drove to the dealership in person to find out what was happening, I was told by bmw advisor, JASON BETTS, that my vehicle wasn’t there and that they had no repair order (RO) for it. I repeatedly told him my vehicle is here and he continuously insisted it wasn’t. I then had to contact the towing company myself, only to have them confirm that my vehicle had been delivered to the dealership. The towing company even provided me with pictures confirming that the vehicle was there. When I showed the BMW advisor (jason betts) the proof, I was left even more frustrated by the fact that my vehicle had apparently been sitting there without anyone opening a repair order or beginning the process of addressing my concerns. nothing was put into the system. Then JASON BETTS had me speak to another bmw advisor named MIKE MIKOLOWSKI. Who told me he topped my car off with oil and that i can “drive to a repair place” how can someone top my car off with oil if my car wasn’t on the lot like the claimed and my car wasn’t in the system. They didn’t do any inspections but MIKE MOKOLOWSKI took it upon hisself to top a car off with oil (a stolen vehicle that had NO OIL in it when it was recovered due to theft damage) How does a customer have to track down their own vehicle after having it towed to your dealership? Why was there no communication? Why was no one returning my calls? And why did I have to physically show up and provide proof that my vehicle had been delivered? Who authorized MIKE MIKOLOWSKI to put oil in my car? he is not a mechanic, he’s a service advisor who didn’t put my car in the system or do any paperwork. My car had already been through a stressful situation, and I specifically chose BMW because I wanted it handled properly. Instead, I spent days trying to get basic answers about my own vehicle. I understand that dealerships get busy, and I don’t expect immediate repairs. However, I do expect communication, accountability, and basic professionalism. Even if there was a delay, someone should have contacted me and explained the situation. This experience has significantly affected my trust in this dealership. The issue isn’t simply that my vehicle wasn’t serviced immediately; it’s the lack of communication, the inability to provide accurate information about my vehicle’s whereabouts, and the fact that I had to do the legwork myself just to find out what was going on. BMW is supposed to represent quality and professionalism, and unfortunately, that is not the level of service I received. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because customers should not have to go through this just to get their vehicles checked in for service. More

Jason and his manager Chris are hero’s and saved my day. The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! No appointment or anything and Jason so The new key fob I had ordered from the parts department had frequency issues and Jason tested it on the spot! He ordered me a new key and his manager Chris reimbursed me for my towing fees and diagnostic fees due to my key not being programmable. This meant the world to me, as I had unnecessarily spent more than what I had intended with a tow and diagnostic fees thinking there was something wrong with my vehicle.
