Close But No Cigar I enjoyed working with my Sales Associate (SA), Alexandra but as it turned out...the positive rapport that we established was to my detriment. The car I enjoyed working with my Sales Associate (SA), Alexandra but as it turned out...the positive rapport that we established was to my detriment. The car that I purchased was okay, but it was not what I asked for. The car that I purchased did not include ANY of the features I requested; head up display, keyless entry, rear seat warmer, sports package, Sirius XM radio. What is worse, the sales agent lead me to believe that the car that I purchased included some of the features that I initially requested such as keyless entry, heated rear seats, hands free lift gate and Sirius XM radio capability. The Sales Associate and I test drove three cars. I believe that she was truthful about the features on the first two vehicles. But, the third vehicle had none of the features that I noted above and she spoke as if the car had them but she didn't know how to operate them. When I picked up the car, she sent someone outside to show me how to operate these features. When the features did not perform as expected (i.e. the kick to open lift gate), his response was, "well, I guess I need to research how to use this feature" or "you can check online for an instructional video". I found out two days after purchase that in order to have access to Sirius XM Radio, I must upgrade the entertainment system at the cost of $450! The SA lead me to believe that all BMWs were equipped for this service. I expressed to the SA that I was not happy with these specific features...she apologized. More

Love my 2018 BMW X5M I had a wonderful experience with a recent purchase of a CPO 2018 BMW X5 M. What made the transaction unusual is that I live in central Ohio and the vehicle was up in Farmington Hills. I had a trade in and no interest in driving up to the dealership and then back home again., I worked with an excellent sales consultant, Ramzy Elkawa. Ramzy and I negotiated my trade in value and the price on the X5M completely over the phone. They shipped my car up to Michigan and sent the X5 M to me. The transaction was built on the trust that Ramzy and I established over the course of several phone calls. I'd highly recommend both the dealership and Ramzy. The X5 M is everything they promised. Tire cost: 275 a Everyone probably already knows this but dealerships like these survive on overcharging the customers in the name of better service. Tire cost: 275 at bmw, same tire price with installation in Belle tire: 166. There are numerous such examples. Loot in the name of service My heart broke when they charged me 400$ for diagnosis, gave me a 6000$ estimate (this is 50% more than a different unpretentious dealership) for a car worth 5000$ and did not even wash or vacuum my car properly. More
