This is the second time I have worked with Kurt to purchase a vehicle. This time I worked with Kurt from the start (In the first purchase, Kurt took over the account from another rep who quit the deal purchase a vehicle. For this particular experience, there were mistakes made in my purchase agreement in terms of C.O.B. While I did signed it by mistake, Kurt and the sales manager did not hesitate to correct for the mistake at delivery. I took "honoring a deal", even if it is simply verbal, very seriously. Being a reputable dealer, I expect them to do the right thing, and they did. Besides, Kurt addressed all my questions and concerns about the vehicle and pricing to my satisfaction. I am someone who would explore all options before making a decision. Kurt is also very accommodating while making the delivery. The entire delivery process is as streamline as it could possibly be, even though I had to return a previously leased vehicle to another dealership of a different make. More
